Withdrawal Notice
Dated July 22, 2026. Austrian law commonly uses the term "right of withdrawal" for distance contracts; the statutory model form uses the term withdrawal.
General rule
Consumers generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason. For contracts for digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium, the withdrawal period begins on the day the contract is concluded. The special rules below apply to immediate digital delivery.
Free version
The Free version is supplied without charge. No purchase price is paid for the free download. Use of the Free version is governed by the License Terms.
Pro as digital content
Gameplay AutoReverb Pro is supplied as digital license access. Following a successful purchase, the license key is supplied in the Lemon Squeezy purchase receipt email and can also be accessed through Lemon Squeezy My Orders.
If, before purchase, you expressly consent to digital delivery beginning before the withdrawal period has expired and confirm that you acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, your right of withdrawal expires when delivery begins, provided that the other statutory requirements are also met.
Consent before checkout
When you click “Buy”, this website displays an unticked checkbox before proceeding to Lemon Squeezy checkout. The free download is not affected. By selecting the checkbox, you accept the Usage Terms and License Terms and confirm that you have read the Privacy Policy and this Withdrawal Notice. You expressly consent to digital delivery beginning before the withdrawal period has expired and confirm that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal when delivery begins.

Refunds and processing
Payment, invoicing, and refund processing are handled through Lemon Squeezy as Merchant/Seller of Record. For purchase and refund requests, first use the contact and support options stated during checkout, on the invoice, or in the Lemon Squeezy purchase receipt.

Exercising your right of withdrawal
If your right of withdrawal has not expired, you may withdraw by making an unequivocal statement to the seller identified on the purchase receipt. Reply to the Lemon Squeezy purchase receipt email, use the Lemon Squeezy Support link provided in that email, or send a letter to the address below. Include the order number and the email address used for the purchase. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the statement before the period expires.
Effects of withdrawal
In the event of a valid withdrawal, all payments received will be reimbursed without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receipt of the withdrawal statement. Reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. No fees will be charged for the reimbursement. Following a valid withdrawal, the digital content must not be used or made available to third parties; license access may be disabled.
