License Terms

Licensor and software

The licensor of Gameplay AutoReverb is Luis Fritsch, sole proprietor, Wallensteinstraße 41/16, 1200 Vienna, Austria. Contact: support@gameplayautoreverb.com, telephone: +43 670 6077999. The software is a local Windows application for creator audio, gameplay videos, and streaming workflows.

License grant

You receive a simple, personal, non-exclusive, indefinite, and non-transferable right to install the software on your own devices and use it for your own gameplay, streaming, video, and audio productions in accordance with these License Terms, unless mandatory law provides otherwise. For Pro, this usage right is granted when a valid license key generated following a successful purchase is supplied.

All rights not expressly granted remain with the licensor or the respective rights holders.

Free and Pro

• Free may be used without charge within the functionality offered.
• Pro unlocks additional features, models, settings, or customization options.
• Pro requires a valid license key supplied through Lemon Squeezy.
• The specific functionality may vary depending on the version, system environment, and product description.

Activation and license verification

To activate Pro, the license key is entered in the app and verified through the Lemon Squeezy licensing interface. The existing activation is checked online on every app launch. Pro features remain locked without an internet connection, while the verification service is unavailable, or without successful verification.

A Pro license may be activated on up to three of the license holder's own devices. This limit does not permit sharing the key with friends, family members, or any other persons. If the activation limit is reached following a device change or reinstallation, the license holder may contact support.

The license key must not be published, shared, sold, rented, or otherwise transferred to third parties. Mandatory statutory exhaustion and transfer rights remain unaffected; where a transfer is permitted by mandatory law, the previous user must cease all use and retain no copy or activation.

System requirements and technical protection measures

Windows 10 and Windows 11 on x64-compatible systems are supported. The intended workflow requires a compatible OBS Studio installation with an enabled local WebSocket connection and the supplied VST3/OBS audio path. An internet connection is required for installer and model downloads, initial activation, and the license check whenever the app starts.

Pro is protected by a personal license key, a three-device activation limit, and online verification whenever the app starts. The license grant is for an indefinite term, but its technical use requires the Lemon Squeezy licensing service, or a replacement service supplied by the licensor, to remain available. Mandatory statutory warranty and consumer rights remain unaffected.

Prohibited use

• Transferring, selling, renting, sublicensing, or publicly distributing the software or license keys, except where mandatory law permits it.
• Circumventing, disrupting, or manipulating license checks, activation, or protection mechanisms.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or modifying the software unless this is mandatorily permitted by law.
• Using the software for unlawful content, infringement of third-party rights, or circumvention of platform rules.

Your content

Rights in your streams, videos, clips, audio recordings, and other content remain with you or the respective rights holders. Gameplay AutoReverb claims no rights in that content.

Updates and changes

Updates required by law will be supplied during the legally applicable period, with information about their availability and the consequences of not installing them. Additional voluntary updates may improve features, fix errors, address security or compatibility issues, or adjust functionality without any promise of a specific number or schedule. Individual features may depend on third-party software, the operating system, hardware, drivers, OBS, VST hosts, or games.

Termination of the license

In the event of a serious breach of these License Terms, particularly misuse or distribution of license keys, Pro access may be suspended or terminated to the extent permitted by law. Consumers' statutory rights remain unaffected.

Third-party components and open source

The software may contain third-party libraries, models, audio components, impulse responses, and open-source components. Their license notices are provided in the app distribution, in accompanying license files, or in a separate third-party notices section.

This website uses locally hosted Inter and Sora fonts under the SIL Open Font License 1.1. The license texts are available at assets/fonts/inter/OFL.txt and assets/fonts/sora/OFL.txt.

Statutory warranty and liability

Consumers' statutory warranty rights remain unaffected. The software is supplied for complex creator setups; error-free operation with every combination of hardware, drivers, games, OBS, VST hosts, and third-party software cannot be guaranteed.

Language

These License Terms are available in English and German. For a purchased Pro license, the version supplied before purchase and included with the purchase documents applies. The installer does not introduce different additional restrictions. For the Free version, the version displayed and accepted in the installer applies. Both language versions are intended to convey the same terms and must be interpreted consistently with mandatory consumer law.
