Terms & Conditions
Dated August 10, 2026. These Terms & Conditions set out the main rules for the website, the free download, and the Pro upgrade. Details about use of the software are provided in the License Terms; payment and purchase completion are handled through Paddle.
Provider

Scope of these terms
These terms apply to this website, the free download of Gameplay AutoReverb, and the preparation of a Pro purchase. The License Terms additionally apply to installation and use of the software.
Software
Gameplay AutoReverb is local Windows software for creator audio. Its main features, system requirements, and the differences between Free and Pro are described on the website, in the app, in the documentation, and at checkout as applicable at the time of download or purchase.
Free version
The Free version may be downloaded and used without charge within the functionality offered. There is no entitlement to free features remaining permanently unchanged or to Pro features being made available without charge.
Pro upgrade
Pro is purchased for a one-time payment and is not a subscription. The personal Pro license is granted for an indefinite term and permits activation on up to three of the license holder's own devices. Pro features are unlocked in the app with a valid license key. License keys must not be published, shared with other persons, sold, or used to circumvent license verification.
Purchase through Paddle
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Paddle is the seller for the purchase; Luis Fritsch remains the software provider and licensor. By submitting an order with an obligation to pay, the customer enters into a binding purchase contract with the applicable Paddle entity under the Paddle Buyer Terms. The final price, currency, applicable taxes, and available payment methods are shown before the order is placed. Invoicing, payment processing, refunds, and chargebacks are handled by Paddle.
Digital delivery and withdrawal
Gameplay AutoReverb is supplied digitally; no physical goods are delivered. After a successful purchase, a valid license key is provided through the delivery method stated during checkout and in the purchase confirmation. The Pro usage right described in the License Terms is granted when the valid license key is supplied. Refund and withdrawal information for digital content is provided in the Refund & Withdrawal Policy.
Updates and compatibility
Updates required by law will be supplied during the legally applicable period, with information about their availability and the consequences of not installing them. Additional voluntary updates for compatibility, bug fixes, or new features may be released without any promise of a specific number or schedule. Third-party software such as Windows, OBS, VST hosts, drivers, games, or audio plugins may change through updates; permanent compatibility with every third-party version cannot be guaranteed.
System requirements, functionality, and compatibility
Windows 10 and Windows 11 on x64-compatible systems are supported. Gameplay AutoReverb reads the selected OBS source through a local OBS WebSocket connection and controls the supplied VST3 effect through the intended OBS audio path. A compatible OBS Studio installation, an enabled local WebSocket connection, and the VST3/OBS audio path supplied by the installer are therefore required. An internet connection is required for installer and model downloads, initial Pro activation, and the license check whenever the app starts.
Fair use
- The software may be used only lawfully and in accordance with the License Terms.
- License keys must not be shared publicly or misused.
- You remain responsible for your streams, videos, games, music, audio sources, and compliance with platform rules.
- The software must not be used to circumvent technical protection measures or for unlawful purposes.
Statutory warranty and liability
Consumers' statutory warranty rights remain unaffected. Liability for damage is governed by applicable law, in particular in cases of intent, gross negligence, and personal injury.
Contract language and applicable law
These Terms & Conditions and License Terms are available in English and German. The language and buyer terms displayed at checkout govern the purchase contract with Paddle. Austrian law governs the legal relationship with Luis Fritsch as provider and licensor unless mandatory consumer-protection rules require otherwise.
